This fountain/water fall, plaza and arched speaker's platform is on 4th. Avenue between Pine Street and Pike Street in the Westlake Park. Though out the park there are bronze Childrens Art tiles,1988, designed by various school children inlayed in the park paving. Some of the plaques, there are about 34 plaques, are displayed below.
